Once you and your health care provider have agreed that OPTILOGG is a good choice for you, we will be notified of this. Within a couple of days we will contact you via the telephone. At that point we will agree on a good time for you, when we can bring OPTILOGG to you, and install it in the comfort of your own home. The installation procedure usually takes less than 30 minutes, and during the visit we will make sure to answer any and all questions you might have and also carefully explain to you how to best use your OPTILOGG.
It is a top priority for us that you feel comfortable with the installation and we will do all we can to accommodate your requests in terms of how and where to use your OPTILOGG.
